SoloSing Privacy Policy

The short version

SoloSing removes the singer's voice from the music on your phone so you can sing along. All audio is processed on your phone. No audio is ever recorded, stored, or sent anywhere.

Audio

When you press Start, Android asks you to allow SoloSing to capture the audio other apps are playing (screen sharing permission). SoloSing uses this only to remove the vocals and play the result back to you, in real time, on the device. It does not capture the screen image. Audio never leaves your phone and is not saved.

Data sent only if you join the Pro waitlist

SoloSing sends nothing to the internet unless you choose to join the Pro waitlist. If you do, it sends:

• The phone number you type, so we can tell you when Pro is ready.
• How you use the app, as counts: minutes of karaoke per mode, days used, number of sessions, the longest session, how often the daily free time ran out, and how often a session stopped because the phone was too slow or too warm.
• Device details: manufacturer and model, chip, memory size, Android version, app version, whether the phone passed SoloSing's speed check, and the app store it was installed from.
• Your country (from the SIM card), language and time zone.
• A random anonymous ID created for this install by Google Firebase.
• A push notification token from Firebase Cloud Messaging, so we can send this phone one notification when Pro is ready. It identifies the app install, not you, and is replaced when you reinstall.

While you are on the list, the usage counts are refreshed at most every 12 hours. Nothing about what songs or apps you play is ever sent.

Why, and who sees it

The data is used only to contact you about SoloSing Pro and to understand how many people would use it and on which phones. It is stored in Google Firebase (Google Cloud), sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and is not sold or shared with anyone else. There are no ads and no third-party analytics in the app.

Keeping and deleting it

Waitlist entries are kept until SoloSing Pro launches and you have been told, and at most two years. SoloSing has no user accounts.

To delete your SoloSing data: email eladc.android@gmail.com with the subject "SoloSing data deletion" and the phone number you joined with. Within 30 days we delete the whole waitlist entry (phone number, usage counts, device details, country, language, time zone, notification token) and its anonymous Firebase ID. Nothing is kept. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on the phone.

Children

SoloSing is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

SoloSing מסירה את קול הזמר מהמוזיקה שמתנגנת בטלפון, כדי שתוכלו לשיר בעצמכם. כל עיבוד השמע נעשה בטלפון. שום שמע לא מוקלט, לא נשמר ולא נשלח לשום מקום.

שמע

כשלוחצים על Start, אנדרואיד מבקש לאשר ל-SoloSing לקלוט את השמע שאפליקציות אחרות מנגנות (הרשאת שיתוף מסך). SoloSing משתמשת בזה רק כדי להסיר את השירה ולנגן לכם את התוצאה, בזמן אמת, במכשיר עצמו. תמונת המסך לא נקלטת. השמע לא יוצא מהטלפון ולא נשמר.

מידע שנשלח רק אם נרשמים לרשימת ההמתנה ל-Pro

SoloSing לא שולחת דבר לאינטרנט, אלא אם בחרתם להירשם לרשימת ההמתנה ל-Pro. במקרה כזה נשלחים:

• מספר הטלפון שהקלדתם, כדי שנוכל לעדכן אתכם כש-Pro מוכנה.
• נתוני שימוש כמספרים: דקות קריוקי בכל מצב, מספר ימי שימוש, מספר הפעלות, ההפעלה הארוכה ביותר, כמה פעמים נגמר הזמן החינמי היומי, וכמה פעמים הפעלה נעצרה כי הטלפון היה איטי או חם מדי.
• פרטי מכשיר: יצרן ודגם, שבב, נפח זיכרון, גרסת אנדרואיד, גרסת האפליקציה, האם הטלפון עבר את בדיקת המהירות, וחנות האפליקציות שממנה הותקנה.
• המדינה (לפי כרטיס ה-SIM), השפה ואזור הזמן.
• מזהה אנונימי אקראי שנוצר להתקנה הזו על ידי Google Firebase.
• מזהה להתראות (טוקן של Firebase Cloud Messaging), כדי שנוכל לשלוח לטלפון הזה התראה אחת כש-Pro מוכנה. הוא מזהה את התקנת האפליקציה, לא אתכם, ומתחלף כשמתקינים מחדש.

כל עוד אתם ברשימה, נתוני השימוש מתעדכנים לכל היותר פעם ב-12 שעות. שום מידע על השירים או האפליקציות שאתם מנגנים לא נשלח.

למה, ומי רואה את זה

המידע משמש רק כדי ליצור איתכם קשר לגבי SoloSing Pro ולהבין כמה אנשים ישתמשו בה ובאילו טלפונים. הוא נשמר ב-Google Firebase, נשלח בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS), ולא נמכר ולא מועבר לאף אחד אחר. אין באפליקציה פרסומות ואין כלי אנליטיקה של צד שלישי.

שמירה ומחיקה

רשומות ברשימת ההמתנה נשמרות עד ש-SoloSing Pro יושק ועדכנו אתכם, ולכל היותר שנתיים. למחיקת הרשומה בכל עת, שלחו מייל ל-eladc.android@gmail.com עם מספר הטלפון שנרשמתם איתו. נמחק אותה תוך 30 יום.

ילדים

SoloSing אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13, ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע עליהם.
